I’ve been working on a story outline for over ten years now. It’s changed characters, settings, story lines and numerous other things. I’ve written other stories in the years too, reviews also. Even started up this blog to get myself motivated.
The thing that really pushes me to do better though, are terrible stories written and published in movie, tv and comic form.
While there are people screaming to be heard, people with talent and ideas and a story to tell, you have others that take it all for granted and love to get out there and ruin characters.
The idea here was to outline my frustration and flaws. At the same time it was a way of actually publishing something. It’s been far too many months.
Fitness Blog 002
In the last month, I decided that although walking is really good for me, getting my heart rate up to a standard I felt was high enough, wouldn’t happen. Even when walking at my latest pace, my heart rate only seemed to hover around the 104 beats per minute (bpm). And to get it above that, I had to throw in a quick jog to increase the beats.
Fitness Blog 001 I was going to make this part of my Blog Update posts, but after a while, the post grew from a few paragraphs into something…a lot more. So from here on, each time I post something about my weight loss, it will have it’s very own category. That really doesn’t mean anything for you the reader, but for me it allows my creative juices to flow. And flow they will.
It has been almost six months since my last blog update, specifically my last update in regards to my diet. When I last left you, I was at the beginning stages of my diet. I had cut out all Energy Drinks, Soft Drinks and pretty much any drink containing sugar. That was it. Nothing else special, just cut out those drinks and wanted to see what would happen to my body. Fortunately it was doing wonders for me, I shed some weight and felt a lot better in general. However as Christmas approached things changed. I continued to stay away from the sugar drinks but piled on the junk food. I replaced one habit for a lot of another habit. Over the two-week period I managed to gain 5kgs.
Assassin’s Creed Unity was out last year and made my number 1 most disappointing game of 2014. It was unfinished, flawed and had so many issues that completing it without the updates should’ve been an achievement on its own.
Like always, let’s begin this review by mentioning all the above information. Not everyone cares, but for those that do, it can make a very big difference. Click on each image to get a better look in greater detail, and stick around for a question at the bottom.
The title is misleading suggesting I’m going to talk about my life and other interesting things, but that’s completely wrong. No, this is just a small update to let you know what’s coming up for the blog. (more…)
